This a space for me to share the raw, unedited conversations I have with my journal.

I don’t claim for all of these to be my own words and I don’t claim for all of them to be true. My involvement with these words is only to give them a physical body, pen to paper, letting them out to the world. Some are my own reflections and some are channelled messages . Therefore the lines have become blurred of where my energy ends and something bigger takes over, but at the end of the day, it’s all part of the same oneness.

To try and not completely lose you adrift, my thoughts are written normally and they intertwine with downloads that I write in italics.

Most importantly, these are words: they will carry power to some and fall on the deaf ears of others. I have no personal expectations for them. But for whatever reason, they have decided to come to life through me and for some other reason they have found your eyes today.

Take what speaks to your soul, what sparks your own inner dialogue and leave the rest.
